How usage works
Every paid plan includes unlimited Sel-Vega within fair use, plus a monthly allowance for Sel-Altair, Sel-Rigel and Sel-Sirius. SelGPT shows how much of the allowance you have used as a percentage, and when it resets, so a limit never takes you by surprise.
- Plus: about 950 Sel-Rigel or 80 Sel-Sirius messages a month, on top of unlimited Sel-Vega.
- Pro 5×: five times the Plus allowance, about 400 Sel-Sirius messages a month.
- Pro 15×: fifteen times the Plus allowance, about 1,250 Sel-Sirius messages a month.
- Free: Sel-Vega only, about 50 messages a month.
If you run out, Sel-Vega keeps working and the other models come back when your allowance resets. Read more about each SelGPT model.
Billing
- Yearly plans cost 50% less than paying monthly: Plus is $9.99 a month billed yearly, or $19.99 billed monthly.
- Upgrades apply straight away; switching to a smaller plan applies at your next renewal.

How much does SelGPT cost?
SelGPT is free to start. Plus costs $9.99 a month billed yearly or $19.99 monthly. Pro costs $49.99 or $99.99 a month billed yearly ($99.99 or $199.99 monthly), depending on the usage level.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes Sel-Vega with about 50 messages a month and needs no card.
Can I cancel my SelGPT subscription?
Yes, at any time from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan with your chats intact.
